Coolant Ring
The 4-nozzle coolant ring surrounding the spindle nose is perfectly positioned so that nozzles can be pointed at the shortest tools, and others can be positioned for longer tools.
Pallet Schedule Table
Start machining on any pallet, and continue uninterrupted machining, as long as pallets are scheduled.
Cycloidal Rotary Drive
The cycloidal rotary drive system – designed for machine tools and robotics – provides a great combination of speed, accuracy, and durability to the B axis.
Hydraulic Pallet-Clamping System
The hydraulic power unit provides power to clamp the pallets to the pallet receiver, as well as raise and lower the pallet-changer mechanism.
Automatic Probe Riser
An automatic probe arm stores the tool setting probe in a protective compartment during machining operations. M104 code activates the automatic probe arm to lift the probe and lock it into place. When probing is complete, an M105 retracts the probe to its protective compartment.

Bar Feeders [Qty.4]
The Haas Bar Feeder is a simple and affordable way to automate part production on Haas turning centers to boost productivity. It is designed and built exclusively for use on Haas turning centers, and connects directly to the Haas control. An innovative rollaway design provides easy access to the rear of the lathe spindle for quick liner adapter and spindle liner changes.
NOTE: The V2 version of the Haas Bar Feeder is compatible with Haas lathes built after 03/01/2021, with NGC control. NGC lathes built prior to 03/01/2021 will require a Factory Setting changed by your local HFO. Haas Bar Feeder V2 version is NOT compatible with Haas lathes with the Classic Haas Control (Coldfire).
CAUTION: Running small-diameter material in any bar feeder can be a difficult application, and may require adjusting cutting parameters and workholding to obtain the required part quality. Small-diameter, flexible bars may “whip,” even at slower turning speeds, which can reduce accuracy and affect surface finish.

VF-3YT/50
Milling Machines [Qty.4]
The VF-3YT/50 provides the heavy cutting capacity of a 50-taper machine in a mid-size footprint. It has 6″ more Y-axis travel than the standard VF-3. A larger base casting provides the extended Y-axis travel, yet the machine’s footprint is only slightly larger than the standard VF-3. Heavy cast-iron construction yields the rigidity and stability necessary for heavy cutting, and the wide T-slot table provides plenty of room for fixturing and large parts.
